Bike gallery - bikes past and present
Being on a bike makes you think. It also makes you appreciate things. Family, friends, squirrels with chainsaws.
Here's a selection of my bikes, past and present. Pretty sure the list is still growing. Click on a photo for more.

The BMW F850 GSThe F850 has fun written all over it. Just have to smile. At the time, a new engine with new firing order, new output shaft, chassis, forks, hubs, discs, looks – hell everything. I chose the GS because of its adaptability, looks, weight (not too heavy at 229kg) and how it felt during a test ride. The balance of the machine was spot on.

THE TIGER 800 XRXGot to love the Triumph Tiger 800 XRX. I was considering the off-road option, the XCX, but as the majority of my riding is on-road and I really don't fancy throwing around an expensive bike even when I get the chance I stand by this choice. I ride a Tiger as a blood bike too, very easy ride and comfortable. Fond of the Tigers.

THE INDIAN SCOUTThis Indian Scout was my first bike. Chosen for low seat height, great torque and just because it's so beautiful to look at. I found the seating position comfortable for long journeys, although not a touring bike it did really well going through Germany and the Harz mountains.

THE TTR250RMy first trials bike.. turns out it's a bit too high for me, even though I'm no shorthouse at 5'6", I don't like to be too much on tippy toes so I got her lowered and now she's perfect, So tough and reliable, a real classic. This bike has won the Taffy Dakar on more than one occasion.
